Privacy Policy

BiteZero is designed to work without an account and without collecting your personal data.

Data collection

BiteZero does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data. The app does not include advertising, analytics, user accounts, or cloud synchronization.

Data stored on your device

Completed eating sessions and app preferences are stored locally on your device. This information is used only to provide the app’s statistics and settings.

Device settings

BiteZero may read your device language to choose an interface language and may use the device haptic system when haptic feedback is enabled. This information is not transmitted by BiteZero.

Deleting your data

You can delete BiteZero’s local data at any time from Settings → Privacy & Local Data → Delete All Local Data. Removing the app also removes its locally stored data, subject to your device and backup settings.

Third-party services

BiteZero does not integrate third-party advertising or analytics services. Your use of Apple devices and the App Store remains subject to Apple’s own terms and privacy practices.

Children’s privacy

BiteZero does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

Health disclaimer

Calorie and spending values are estimates for general awareness. BiteZero does not provide medical, nutritional, or financial advice.

Changes to this policy

If BiteZero’s data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosure will be updated before the change is released.
